You can access to the apartment using an elevator.<\/p>\n<p>The apartment has all the services and equipment. The living room has a three-seats sofa, television, air conditioning, dining table with chairs for four people, side table and access to the terrace where you can enjoy the best sunsets. The terrace has a table and four chairs, a clothesline and best of all: the views of Bre\u00f1a de Barbate<\/p>\n<p>In the kitchen you will not need anything. Fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, iron and board besides kitchenware (glasses, plates, cutlery...)<\/p>\n<p>In the main bedroom you can enjoy a double bed with the option of separating the beds and converting them into two single beds. It has air conditioning and heating; two-door wardrobe with hangers, bedding and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is made up of two single beds, an exterior window, a wardrobe with hangers and bedding.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, bidet, sink with mirror, WC, towels, encrease mirror and hair dryer.<\/p>\n<p>The apartment has its own parking <strong>garage<\/strong> (una plaza), <strong>communal swimming pool and wifi.<\/strong>. Smooking is not allowed.
