Villa Marchante<\/h2>\n

Villa Marchante is a beautiful and renovated apartment and placed at 100 meters from Guadalupe beach.<\/p>\n

The apartment's distribution is the following: main living room, two bedrooms: main bedroom with double bed (possibility of becoming two single beds) and bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, kitchen, terrace. You can access to the apartment using an elevator.\n\nThe apartment has all the services and equipment. The living room has a three-seats sofa, television, air conditioning, dining table with chairs for four people, side table and access to the terrace where you can enjoy the best sunsets. The terrace has a table and four chairs, a clothesline and best of all: the views of Bre\u00f1a de Barbate.\n\nIn the kitchen you will not need anything. Fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, iron and board besides kitchenware (glasses, plates, cutlery...)\n\nIn the main bedroom you can enjoy a double bed with the option of separating the beds and converting them into two single beds. It has air conditioning and heating; two-door wardrobe with hangers, bedding and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is made up of two single beds, an exterior window, a wardrobe with hangers and bedding. The apartment has its own parking garage (one place) and communal swimming pool.<\/p>\n

Smooking is not allowed. Hotel services are not included. Pets are not allowed<\/b>.<\/p>\n
